| 1923 |
YAMADA IRONWORK was established in this year at eastward Itutuji-dori,
Senbon, Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, in the purpose to manufacture noodle machines.

| 1940 |
Our company was moved in this year to 11, Shimoai-cho, Nishinokyo, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, expanding our business.
During the war, our company was designated to the munition factory supervised
by the munition ministry, and unwilligly engaged in the production of aircraft
parts.

| 1950 |
Our company reorganized corporation in this year, and set out in the production
of the food machines, for example, an artificial-rice-machine, in addition
to the noodle machines.
Besides, our company served to make and to sell a dye-machine.

| 1957 |
Our company began to work the parts of heavy-electricity-machine of Mitsubishi
Electric with boring & milling machine.
|
| 1982 |
Our company was moved to the present seat in this year.
We expanded our business into applied fields like the plant for powder
treatment and so on, making use of the technology in the field of noodle
machine.

| 1985 |
In about this year, we started a campaign to offer the slitting cutters
and to serve to exchange them, selling the slitting cutter of the type
of knife-edge as main goods to all parts of the country.

| 1990 |
We established MENTEX Co.,LTD in this year as a full-time company to maintain
noodle machines.
|
| 1993 |
In about this year, we started to develop a compact noodle machine for
a kitchin of a noodle restaurant, besides user-friendly goods.
